Network Issues

Our team is available on a 24/7 basis. If you have any issues regarding your service, please contact the Manitoba Hydro Telecommunications Network Operations Centre at 1-800-496-0177. For calls between 4:30pm and 8:00am, please press #1. 

Please email TNOC@hydro.mb.ca for less urgent issues. 

Site Access

If you require Site Access, please contact the Network Operations Centre (NOC) at 1-800-496-0177. 

For emergency antenna changes, please call the NOC and have the following information ready:

- The name of the tower/site;

- The name of the climbing company who is going to fix it;

- Which equipment is getting switched like-for-like;

- Where on the tower the work is taking place.
