Network Issues

Our team is available on a 24/7 basis. If you have any issues regarding your service, please contact the Manitoba Hydro Telecommunications Network Operations Centre. 

 

Site Access

If you require Site Access, please contact the Network Operations Centre (NOC). 

For emergency antenna changes, please call the NOC and have the following information ready:

- The name of the tower/site;

- The name of the climbing company who is going to fix it;

- Which equipment is getting switched like-for-like;

- Where on the tower the work is taking place.
