Planned Network Updates

Maintenance Notifications

Planned outages:

Whenever possible, a minimum of 10 calendar days notice is provided for planned outages.  Current MHT customers will be notified via email of any planned outages. 

Planned outages will occur between the hours of 12:00am and 6:00am CST.

Change of a planned outage:

7 calendar days notice will be provided for any changes to planned outages.  Current MHT customers will be notified via email of any changes to planned outages.

Planned threat:

3 calendar days notice will be provided for any planned threats.  Current MHT customers will be notified via email of any planned threats. 

Work may be performed at any time of the day.

Emergency outages:

For emergency outages, MHT will provide as much notice as possible. Current MHT customers are notified via email of any emergency outages required.
